clearpix The Arkansas State University Museum shares knowledge of natural history and cultural heritage with people of all ages and educational levels by collecting, preserving, researching, and interpreting objects, with emphasis on the Mississippi River Delta region. The Museum also provides leadership for the pursuit of related endeavors in the region.

Gross

The attraction is based on the children’s best-selling book, Grossology by Sylvia Branzei.  It explores all the slimy, mushy, oozy, scaly and stinky gross (yet scientific) things that occur everyday in the human body.  Kids love the “gross stuff” and parents like the scientific explanations. The Museum is open Tuesday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 1 to 5 on weekends, except for University holidays.
